Supported company management during the Australian premiere of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical, providing operational and administrative support across a key period of the Sydney season. In a short-term capacity, the role focused on company coordination, compliance, financial administration, and cast welfare — supporting performers, creatives, and crew in the day-to-day delivery of the production.
Responsibilities
- Supported the day-to-day operations of the production, assisting with the coordination of cast, crew, creatives, and musicians
- Managed children’s employment compliance, including liaison with guardians, permit requirements, and child performer welfare obligations
- Assisted with payroll administration, and petty cash reconciliations
- Worked closely with Company Manager, Stage Management, and Production leadership to support rehearsals, technical delivery, and performance operations
- Maintained company records and documentation, including personnel records, compliance paperwork, and daily reporting
- Supported health, safety, and welfare across the company, including incident reporting and workplace compliance
- Acted as a key point of coordination between performers, production departments, and venue stakeholders to support smooth day-to-day delivery
