Our service supports people who may be experiencing difficulties and challenges resulting from mental health concerns, significant life events or disability. We believe that disability should not define people, but rather our talents and strengths as individuals should – something that often ignored or forgotten.

Part of Challenging Minds since its inception, this role was responsible for building the organisation’s operational and digital foundations — from technology systems and brand development to policies, procedures, and daily operations.

Information Technology

  • Led the acquisition, configuration, and rollout of all IT systems and software
  • Managed website, email, and electronic filing infrastructure via Office 365
  • Deployed and maintained Microsoft 365 products, Xero (finance), and Moodle (training software)
  • Provided ongoing IT support and optimisation across business functions

Finance

  • Managed and executed payroll operations and financial system integration

Marketing

  • Oversaw website content and maintenance as webmaster
  • Produced digital and print marketing publications to support brand identity

Operations

  • Designed and implemented the electronic file structure, access hierarchy, and naming conventions
  • Developed internal procedures and documentation to support long-term scalability

Role Legacy

Established the digital, operational, and brand framework that underpinned the organisation’s efficiency, consistency, and growth.
