Oversaw all aspects of company management for the Australian tour of Annie the Musical, ensuring the production ran smoothly across multiple cities. The role balanced people management, financial control, compliance, and welfare — supporting cast, crew, and creatives throughout the tour.
Responsibilities
- Managed the day-to-day operations of the production, overseeing all personnel including cast, crew, creatives, and musicians
- Ensured compliance with industrial Awards and workplace standards, including the Live Performance Award and the Performers’ Collective Agreement
- Supervised payroll and weekly financial reconciliations in collaboration with the Production Accounts Team
- Coordinated company travel, accommodation, and logistics across touring venues
- Worked closely with the Executive Producer, Technical Director, and Stage Management to plan and deliver rehearsals, technical runs, and performances
- Led company communication, meetings, and documentation — maintaining electronic records, including personnel records
- Oversaw health, safety, and welfare for all company members, including WorkCover reporting and injury management
- Supported publicity, marketing, and ticketing departments with coordination of media calls and management of house and complimentary ticket systems
