Supported the Company Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the production, ensuring the company was organised, informed, and cared for across all aspects of performance, and touring life.
Responsibilities
- Acted as a key liaison between the Producers, creative team, and company members to maintain smooth communication and uphold company standards
- Supported the coordination of rehearsal and performance schedules in collaboration with stage management and creative leadership
- Assisted in managing contracts, payroll preparation, and workers compensation documentation
- Helped oversee rostering, daily calls, and compliance with company agreements, industrial awards, and workplace policies
- Maintained financial records including petty cash reconciliation
- Worked closely with the Technical Director, Stage Management, and department heads to ensure safety and efficiency across all departments
- Managed house seat allocations and liaised with Front of House teams to address ticketing and customer-related matters
- Supported company wellbeing through proactive communication, medical appointment scheduling, and performance monitoring
