Finance

• Assisted in payroll preparation and distribution of pay advice
• Managed petty cash for Company Management
• Processed petty cash reconciliations across all departments

HR & Office Administration

• Co-managed a touring company of over 130 members, including children, animals, and orchestra
• Maintained company files and records (electronic and hard copy)
• Managed staff timesheets and company house seat allocations
• Recorded and distributed minutes from Heads of Department meetings
• Liaised with relevant parties regarding WorkCover and medical matters

Information Technology

• Managed IT systems and equipment to support company operations
• Liaised with technical and production teams to resolve IT requirements

Marketing & Publicity

• Coordinated publicity engagements and schedules for company members
• Chaperoned artists to print and media appearances

Travel & Accommodation

• Arranged travel and accommodation for the full touring company
• Coordinated logistics for animals featured in performances
