About Crossroads Live
Crossroads Live is a global theatre producer. Through their production offices in North America, the UK, Australia and a network of producing partnerships in Asia and Europe, they present the best-loved titles from Broadway and the West End to audiences around the world.
The Gordon Frost Organisation (GFO) was acquired by Crossroads Live in 2020. Prior to this GFO was known as Australia’s leading commercial producer of live theatrical entertainment. Major GFO productions include Wicked, Chicago, Grease, Dirty Dancing, and the Broadway smash hit The Book of Mormon.
My Role
My relationship with this organisation spans both the original Gordon Frost Organisation and the current Crossroads Live.
In 2014–15, I worked with GFO as Swing Assistant Stage Manager on Grease and Assistant Company Manager on The King and I (co-produced with Opera Australia) — early career roles that introduced me to the administrative side of touring productions.
A decade later, I returned under the Crossroads Live banner as Company Manager on the Australian tour of Annie The Musical (2025–26) — leading day-to-day operations, compliance, financial control, and welfare for cast, crew and creatives across multiple cities.
