The Role
Supported the Main Stage operations at the Royal Melbourne Show — Victoria’s largest annual community event, attracting visitors from across Australia for 11 days of agriculture, entertainment, and family attractions at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
The Work
- Assisted Stage Management with daily Main Stage operations across an 11-day public event
- Managed and coordinated deliveries to the Main Stage area, ensuring equipment, props and consumables arrived on schedule
- Supported show-call operations and performance transitions
- Acted as a point of coordination between performers, Stage Management, and venue staff
The Outcome
Contributed to the consistent daily delivery of one of Australia’s largest annual public events, ensuring the Main Stage program ran cleanly across 11 days and dozens of performance windows.
