This is a dazzling musical celebration, a sumptuous production with stunning scenery and magnificent costumes, definitely an event not to be missed.
Supported the Company Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the touring production, ensuring the company ran efficiently and cohesively to meet the high standards expected by producers and audiences. This included co-managing a company of more than 130 members, including 80 children.
Responsibilities
- Managed staff timesheets and payroll preparation, including pay advice distribution
- Maintained company files and documentation (electronic and hard copy)
- Administered company house seat allocations
- Managed petty cash for Company Management and processed reconciliations from all departments
- Liaised with IT departments at touring venues and provided technical troubleshooting as required
- Coordinated publicity arrangements for company members
- Chaperoned artists to radio, television, and print media appearances
- Arranged travel and accommodation for the full touring company
