About Opera Australia
Opera Australia is Australia’s national opera company, presenting more than 700 performances and playing to more than half a million people each year.
My Role
In 2014, I worked with Opera Australia as Assistant Company Manager on The King and I (co-produced with John Frost) — co-managing a touring company of more than 130 members, including 80 children, on the Tony-winning revival of the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic. The role introduced me to the administrative side of touring productions at the highest level of Australian commercial musical theatre.
