Role detail

The focus of this role was to make sure the company ran smoothly and harmoniously, and at the high level that the producers and the public expect. This included co-managing a company of over 130 (Inc. 80 children);
– Manage staff timesheets;
– Maintain company files (electronic & hard copy);
– Manage Company House seats;
– Manage petty cash for Company Management;
– Process petty cash reconciliations from all departments;
– Assist in payroll preparation and pay advice distribution;
– Liaise with the IT department at the touring venues regarding IT needs;
– Troubleshoot IT where needed;
– Liaise with company members regarding publicity arrangements;
– Chaperone artists to various radio/TV/print media appointments;
– Arrange travel and accommodation for the full touring company.
