The focus of this role was working with the Company Manager to maintain this professional touring musical theatre show and full touring company.

– Assist in payroll preparation and pay advice distribution;
– Manage petty cash for Company Management;
– Process petty cash reconciliations from all departments.

– Co-manage a company of over 130 (Inc. children, Animals, Orchestra)
– Maintain company files (electronic and hard copy)
– Manage staff timesheets
– Manage company house seats
– Collect and distribute minutes from HoD meetings
– Liaise with the relevant parties regarding Work Cover and other medically related activity

– Manage IT needs of the company
